Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a Caregiver in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. You will deliver high-quality, personalized in-home care, assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care, while ensuring safety and comfort in their own homes.

The role includes medication management, companionship, and light housekeeping. Candidates should have BLS certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license if applicable, and be able to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license if applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Assisted Living Services in clients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide Personal Care (toileting, incontinence care, mobility).
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Offer Companionship and emotional support.
• Household management including light housekeeping, meals, and laundry.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Assisted Living Services: Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Personal Care: Providing personal care services, including toileting, incontinence care, and managing mobility
• Medication Management: Administering medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider
• Companionship: Spending quality time with clients, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support
• Household Management: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Environment:
