Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the Ventura area. You’ll assist with daily living, promote independence, and help participants engage in community activities. A compassionate, patient approach and reliable transportation are required. Training and a full benefits package are provided.

Pay rate is $17.11 per hour. We offer on-site roles with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within our expanding network of services.

Formación

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships and provide compassionate care.
