Job summary

Sevita, including ResCare Community Living, is seeking a caregiver to help individuals lead independent, meaningful lives. You’ll assist with personal care, support community participation, and develop trusting relationships with participants.

The role offers competitive pay at $14.00 per hour, full benefits for full-time staff, and a strong network of supervisor support aimed at wellbeing and career growth within a stable, national provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and community participation.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and build meaningful relationships.
• Follow safety and care plans; report changes to supervisors.
