Discovery Management Group in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness in residents' rooms, promoting independence, dignity and safety, and assisting with daily living activities per instructions.

Qualifications include CNA certification or HS diploma, 18+ years of age, and prior senior care experience is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, are essential.

• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
