Job summary

Visiting Angels Jasper is seeking a caring Caregiver to support local seniors in the Jasper and Tell City area. You will perform personal care tasks, light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, and medication reminders with a focus on compassionate, reliable companionship.

The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including paid training, PTO, and insurance options. A background-friendly environment and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Weekend availability (at least one weekend per month).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Active, current automobile insurance.
• Dependable vehicle for shifts and transporting clients.
• TB Skin Test paid by Visiting Angels.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Toileting
• Transferring Assistance
• Light Housekeeping (dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, change bed linens)

Caregiver Requirements:

• Anyone with a previous HHA or CNA experience is welcome, however no experience is necessary.
• TB Skin Test (Paid for by Visiting Angels)
• Valid Driver's License
• Active, Current Automobile Insurance
• Dependable vehicle for to and from shifts and transporting clients.
• Must be able to pass a background check and able to work at least one weekend a month.
