Tapestry Senior Living of Lakeshore in Tallahassee is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time and part-time shifts. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, with credit for experience; CNA welcome but not required.

You will help residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, provide companionship, and ensure a safe, clean environment while following regulations and facility protocols. We value care, reliability, and teamwork.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Florida CNA, preferred.
• CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

At Tapestry Senior Living of Lakeshore, you'll help residents with daily care and get to know them well enough to notice when something changes.

What you'll do:

Schedule: Part-time & Full-time | Shifts available 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Rotating weekends and holidays required for all shifts.
