Job summary

Griswold Care Pairing is urgently seeking Experienced Caregivers to help clients across multiple PA counties. You will deliver in-home or facility-based personal care, assist with daily living activities, and provide companionship to enhance quality of life.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of caregiving experience, possess TB clearance, and can provide strong references. Clients offer flexible scheduling and the chance to choose preferred locations, with a competitive wage.

Qualifications

• Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services.
• Experience caring for older adults (1 year or more).
• State background checks completed.
• 4 references (2 professional, 2 personal).
• Recent TB tests on file (2-step or blood test).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as dressing, walking, eating, bathing, toileting, and continence care.
• Provide homemaking and companionship support and assist with daily tasks.
• Offer transportation support when needed and coordinate with clients.
• Support clients in home or facility settings with flexible scheduling.

Non-medical in-home caregivers assist clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL). These activities include assistance with dressing, walking/transferring, eating, bathing, toileting, and continence care. However, there are many other services that a professionally-referred Caregiver must be able to complete.

In addition to personal care, caregivers also assist with homemaking, companionship, transportation (not all cases require transportation), and other support services.
