Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and help people live well and reach their goals.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist with personal care, support daily routines, and help participants participate in community activities. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with complex needs.
• Help participants pursue developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real, meaningful relationships and provide compassionate care daily.
