Job summary

Sevita/REM Community Services is hiring caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will help participants grow, learn, and live well, building real relationships under supportive supervision.

Responsibilities include personal care assistance, helping participants participate in activities, and supporting their goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Competitive benefits and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants engage in community activities and be part of the program.
• Assist with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of developmental goals.
