Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, delivering respectful, person-centered care.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting. Training and growth opportunities are provided to enhance CNA certification pursuit.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepares meals and special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping activities.
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
