Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, accompany clients to appointments, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping, while promoting dignity and independence.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, monitor well-being, and respond to changing care needs under established plans of care. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and follow special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation assistance to activities and appointments.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
