All caregivers must have their own dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date car insurance that meets the minimum state requirements.At the time of hiring, all caregivers undergo criminal background checks, driving record screenings, and drug testing. We also reserve the right to conduct random drug testing and background checks at our discretion. New caregivers go through a training orientation and are subject to a required probationary period.
