Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking caregivers to help individuals live well in the community. You will build trusted relationships, support daily living activities, and encourage participation in community life.

Role emphasizes respectful personal care, patience, and collaboration with supervisors to meet each participant’s goals. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

• Hours: 4PM-12AM & 12AM-8AM - days vary
• Site Location: Social Circle, GA
• Rate of Pay: $14/hr

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
