SYNERGY HomeCare of Chatsworth is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Simi Valley and surrounding areas. If you take pride in helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reliably commute to Simi Valley.
• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willing to complete Live Scan.
• Current TB clearance or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers is valuable.
• CNA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you may assist clients with:

• Companionship and social engagement
