Qualifikationen

• Live or commute to Simi Valley or Thousand Oaks.
• Current HCA registration with California or ability to obtain one and pass live scan.
• Proof of TB testing or ability to obtain.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of sufficient auto insurance.
• CNAs, CPR, and First Aid certifications are not required, but a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide clients with medication reminders.
• Support clients with mobility challenges and assist with lifting when required.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
