Job summary

Visiting Angels Eastside WA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team serving King County and surrounding areas. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to help them stay safe, comfortable and independent.

We support flexible schedules (full-time or part-time) and provide free Homecare Aide Certification Training. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Certified or willing to become certified as a caregiver.
• Experience with seniors and home care preferred.
• Ability to perform light hands-on assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to keep clients safe and comfortable.
• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal planning and cooking.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, including end of life hospice care with nurse delegation.
• Follow care plans and document notes in real time.

Visiting Angels is currently looking for expert Caregivers to join our team serving residents of King County.

As a Caregiver you are part of our team to ensure that we are providing the best class service to our clients and their families. You will work 1-on-1 with clients in their home to ensure that they are able to remain safe, comfortable and independent. Our client care includes everything from companionship, light hands-on assistance, heavy hands-on bed bound personal care, and end of life hospice care with nurse delegation. You may be responsible for assisting clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, personal care, and providing companionship. We provide a variety of shifts: short, long, overnight, and live-ins. We work around your identified availability and the cities where you would like to work. For over 20 years, our team has served the greater King County area including Seattle, North Seattle, West Seattle, South Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Sammamish, Shoreline, and Des Moines.
