Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northern Arizona is seeking caring, reliable Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home personal care, helping clients stay safe and independent. If you enjoy helping others and value professional growth, this role is for you.

As a Caregiver, you will engage clients in conversation, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, accompany them on hobbies, and report changes to families and supervisors. Flexible schedules and supportive team culture included.

Examples of Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
