Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship to clients in Sumter, SC. This role offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives within their own homes.

You will be matched with nearby clients, receive direct deposit, and participate in orientation and ongoing training. Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, plus flexible schedules, are offered to support reliable, caring service.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide companionship and social engagement.
• Willingness to assist with light housekeeping, meals, and reminders.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care at clients' homes.
• Maintain punctuality and coverage of shifts.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
