No two days are exactly alike, but your shift will center around helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. A typical shift is active, rewarding, and resident-focused. You'll also document care, communicate with your team during shift changes, and respond to changing resident needs throughout the day. This role keeps you moving, working collaboratively, and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives every shift.
