Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Folsom is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care that supports clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will work with a family-centered team, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Folsom, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable in-home care that supports our clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to deliver family-centered care that aligns with our core values of Compassion, Integrity & Reliability, and Family Centered Care. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our supportive and family-oriented working environment while receiving ongoing training and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and personalized in-home care to support clients' independence and quality of life.
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care.
3. Build meaningful and trusting relationships with clients and their families while maintaining a high level of integrity and reliability.
4. Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care for our clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit reliability and integrity in all interactions.
4. Previous experience in caregiving or relevant certifications is preferred, but not required.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a flexible, variable-hour position based on your availability and client needs. We offer a range of shifts-including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends and work with your schedule to find the right fit.

Location:

Our office is located in Fair Oaks, CA, and we proudly serve clients in Fair Oaks and the surrounding areas, including Orangevale, Folsom, Granite Bay, and nearby communities.
