Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring caregivers in Cary and the Raleigh area to provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship. Shifts range from 1–12 hours on weekdays and weekends, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn overtime and mileage pay.

Founded in 1982, Griswold Home Care is the oldest non-medical home care franchise in the U.S., dedicated to helping clients stay safely in their homes with compassionate, reliable support and ongoing training for staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid ID or license.
• Must have reliable transportation to Raleigh and surrounding areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support seniors with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Report health changes to supervisor.
• Assist with home care tasks and errands as needed.
• Maintain dignity and respect for clients at all times.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Record shifts, hours, and caregiving activities accurately.
• Uphold safety and infection control guidelines.
