What Does a Day in the Life of a Caregiver Look Like?

As a caregiver, you'll provide support and companionship to clients in their homes by:

• Building meaningful relationships through friendly and engaging conversations
• Participating in clients' favorite activities and hobbies, such as gardening, scrapbooking, games, and more
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
• Assisting with walking, dressing, personal care, and other activities of daily living
• Documenting completed activities and reporting updates regarding clients' physical condition, mental well-being, and overall behavior

Requirements:

Caregivers must provide proof of a current tuberculosis (TB) test (completed within the past two years) and a valid CPR certification before working with clients.
