Columbia Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking caring caregivers to provide hands-on daily living support for residents, including bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with move-ins and activities, while protecting privacy and following HIPAA.

We value compassion, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Training is provided; 18+; physical caregiving tasks are required, along with background checks and health

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Pass background screening and health requirements.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Experience preferred but not required – we provide training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals and hydration, including after-meal care.
• Help keep residents safe and comfortable, observing and reporting changes.
• Maintain a clean, warm, and welcoming environment.
• Support residents during move-ins, appointments, and community activities.
• Protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA and safety standards.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow team members to meet individual care needs.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.
