Job summary

Aging Kingdom Homecare is a faith-based, non-medical in-home care agency delivering personal care, companionship, and transportation to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety, and support independence in the community.

We offer a flexible schedule, weekly pay, onboarding support, and opportunities for advancement within a faith-centered team. This full-time CNA/PSS/HHA/PCA role serves Androscoggin, York & Cumberland Counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in personal care, facility, or home care.
• Kind, dependable and respectful toward the elderly and disabled.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Help clients take prescribed medications.
• Prepare meals and assist with mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Run errands and light housekeeping.
• Report changes or concerns promptly.
• Respond responsibly in emergencies.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods (average 6 hours/day)
• Drive up to 50 miles/day
• Work weekends or flexible shifts based on client schedules
• Ability to handle stress and maintain professionalism in all situations
