Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Bettendorf is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and support mobility at home, helping seniors live safely and joyfully in their own surroundings.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment. You will create meaningful, one-on-one connections with clients every day.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, or similar).
• A caring, positive, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and build trusted relationships.
• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Support mobility, safety, and independence at home.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide personal care (bathing, hygiene, toileting as needed).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and daily routines.
