We offer a wide range of programs; therapeutic foster care, CRR Host Home Programming, Behavioral Health Services, Case Management and services forprograms for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions.



Caregiver (PT) Days/Afternoons/Weekends

Pay 16.00 Hr

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills:Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle:Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
