Job summary

Caring Friends Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll help with daily tasks, companionship, and maintaining independence.

We offer competitive pay at $16 per hour, flexible scheduling, weekend premium, benefits including medical, dental and 401(k), PTO, holidays, training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proof of residency for 2 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands and grocery shop as needed; provide transportation.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and well-being.

Responsibilities
