SYNERGY HomeCare is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support across shifts from mornings to evenings. Join our independent, nationally operating agency and help clients live safely and independently in their homes.

You’ll build meaningful connections, receive paid orientation and ongoing training, direct deposit payments, and overtime opportunities. Must be able to lift 40 lbs, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move 40 lbs. without assistance.
• Have reliable transportation (car, driver’s license, and car insurance).
• Negative TB test result or willing to get one.
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship: Engage clients socially and emotionally.
• Assist with Daily Living: Support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive interactions with clients, their families, and team members.
• Ensure Reliable Care: Maintain punctuality and consistent coverage for shifts.
