Village Caregiving in New Waterford, OH is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, patient-centered support for clients at home. You’ll help with medication, mobility, daily living tasks, meal preparation and light housekeeping, while coordinating with family and healthcare professionals to ensure safety and well-being.

Ideal candidates bring patience, reliability, and strong communication, with a willingness to adhere to safety standards.

Competenze

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
