Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care in the Austin area. You will execute care plans, assist with daily living activities, and support clients with household tasks and personal care, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Flexibility with shifts and a focus on client relationships are essential. Weekly pay and benefits are offered to support our caregivers and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)

• Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
