ABetterSolutionIn-HomeCare—SouthOC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Orange County area. We offer competitive pay based on experience, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, days/evenings/overnights, and weekly pay. PPE, hazard pay in high-risk environments, and essential worker support are provided.

Must have HCA (Home Care Aide) clearance and a valid driver''s license. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and assisting with daily living

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license are essential.
• HIPAA familiarity and maintaining confidentiality.
• Background check and provide references.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
