Job summary

Caring for Others is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors across Oregon. You’ll offer companionship, meals and light housekeeping, run errands, and support residents in daily activities.

Roles include personal care, mobility assistance, dementia support, and nurse-delegated tasks as needed. Paid training and CEUs, plus benefits, scheduling options, and opportunities for career advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Background check clearance is required.
• Experience in caregiving or senior care is a plus, not required.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

OUR SERVICE AREA

Work with Clients in your own community!

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Astoria, OR and may be scheduled throughout the Northern Oregon Coast service area, which includes Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, Knappa, Nehalem, Hammond, Cannon Beach, Gearhart, Clatskanie, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Svensen, Brownsmead, Oceanside, Wheeler, Garibaldi, and Bay City. Service areas vary based on client needs, and candidates should be comfortable traveling to client homes within this region.

Salary Description

$18 - $22 per hour
