Job summary

Right at Home Morgantown is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. You will provide personalized care, companionship, and basic daily living assistance to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, mobility support, and dementia care. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Pass a background check
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes).
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide companionship through reading, music, or puzzles.
• Assist with transferring/moving clients at home.
• Perform range of motion exercises as prescribed.
• Provide dementia care and support.
• Support other care activities as needed and assigned
