Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and monitor whereabouts.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and feeding.
• Respond quickly to security system and resident call bells.
• Support independence while maintaining dignity, safety and well-being.
• Keep resident rooms and work areas clean and organized.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, encouraging meaningful activities.
• Notify supervisor if a resident’s care needs increase.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Role

As the Caregiver, you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.

Position Highlights

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
• Location: 4800 Aston Gardens Way, Naples, FL 34109
• Rate of Pay: $15.00

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks
• Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well-being
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents
• Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs
• Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred

• Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership
