Job summary

Almost Family - Douglas/Coos County Oregon is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support seniors and disabled individuals at their homes in Douglas/Coos County. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities to promote independence.

The role offers hourly pay of $18–$20 and biweekly pay, plus benefits such as PTO, healthcare, training, and development opportunities. A compassionate, reliable, and organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and more.
• Monitor clients' health and document their needs.
• Establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and housekeeping.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and other activities.
• Assist with transportation to and from doctor's appointments and other errands.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and driven Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship services for our clients in the Douglas/Coos County, Oregon area.

Compensation & Benefits
