Job summary

Griswold Home Care of Greater Temecula is seeking compassionate, full-time Caregivers to join our team. You will provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship, helping with daily activities and ensuring client comfort in their homes.

We offer competitive pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, daily and weekly pay, overtime, PTO, and California-compliant retirement benefits, plus ongoing training and development to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience is a plus.
• Willingness to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship.
• Assist with laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Help maintain personal hygiene, including bathing and feeding.
• Provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Complete shift documentation and submit timely updates.
• Communicate regularly with office about clients’ condition and needs.
• Offer flexible hours and assist seniors on both day and night shifts; clients may need as little as 4 hours or up to 24-hour care.
