Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Monticello, IL is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in their own homes with daily living activities and companionship.

As a caregiver you will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, housekeeping, and transportation while respecting privacy and dignity. Strong communication and independence are essential; we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for CNA certification growth.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepares meals and special diets
• Performs general housekeeping activities
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities
• Provides compassionate companionship to patients
