Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional in Minot, ND. The role pays $19.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license and clean MVR per Sevita policy.

Schedule includes shifts across weeks, with evenings and weekends as listed. You will assist individuals with daily living, support personal goals, and help them engage in community activities, under supervision of Sevita’s care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships and encourage participation in community activities.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm - 10pm, Saturday 2pm - 10pm.
Week 2: Sunday 2pm - 10pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm - 10pm
This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.
