Job summary

One You Love Homecare Oakland Central is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, including companionship, personal care, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping.

Flexible scheduling is available across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, and successful candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Job Summary
