Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caring, reliable caregivers to provide companionship and non-medical support in clients' homes across the United States. You will help with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, bringing comfort and dignity to those in your care.

We offer competitive pay ($14-20/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and employee recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
