Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry placing experienced caregivers in Matawan, NJ. You control your schedule via the CareLinx app, choosing steady or per-diem shifts while we handle client matching.

We welcome caregivers with 6 months of experience or CNA/HHA/MA certification. You’ll work on non-clinical in-home care, document tasks in the app, and coordinate with the CarePartner team to deliver compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Additional documentation may be required by state law or client contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, reminders (non-clinical), light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety; maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Provide transportation and errand support; assist with hospital discharge as needed.
• Assist with Telehealth navigation and connecting members to virtual doctor visits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
