Job summary

First Light Home Care of North Tampa & East Pasco is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship and practical assistance to clients in their homes.

You’ll work with families to keep clients safe and comfortable, carry out daily activities, and follow care plans with empathy, respect and discretion. We offer flexible schedules, training, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect.
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job.
