Home Instead in Martinsburg is hiring Care Professionals for full-time and part-time non-medical in-home care. We value passion and reward caregivers with flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and 24/7 support to help aging adults stay at home with dignity.

We are seeking caring, compassionate, dedicated individuals. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with clients and families, assisting with personal care, keeping environments clean, and reminding clients to take medications.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner.
• Criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and valid car registration.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers.
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients.
• Help Clients with all personal care needs.
• Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized.
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications.

Care Pro Responsibilities

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals (Care Pros) and CNAs to join our team and our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the community. We are looking to grow our team of Care Pros who are dedicated to working a higher number of weekly hours.

Requirements

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
