Job summary

AlphaStaff, Inc. is seeking caregiver aides to support residents in assisted living or home community care. The role involves 12-hour shifts (Morning, Overnight, On-call) with availability Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays.

Duties include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vitals, providing companionship, mobility support, and observing behavior while maintaining a safe environment. Must have CPR/First Aid, TB test, and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or home community care (1 year preferred).
• Knowledge of patient monitoring and vital signs assessment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely.
• CPR/First Aid certified and up-to-date TB test.
• Complete proxy/caregiver training and criminal background check.
