Job summary

Senior Helpers Lake Minnetonka Region is urgently hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship for seniors. Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is valuable, and we tailor duties to your area of expertise.

We also offer internal training and a supportive team environment. With a focus on compassion and learning, this role welcomes candidates with or without prior certification.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance.
• Desired: Applicants with CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, HHA Certification.
• No experience, no problem! We provide internal training from experienced professionals and an accessible and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.

• Flexible Schedule: Mornings or Afternoons only- sure! School hours- we have them! Full‑time- we will work to get you there!
