Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support for health plan members and private clients in Manitou Springs and surrounding areas. This is a part-time/per-diem role with flexible scheduling and a focus on dignity and independence for clients.

You will use the CareLinx app to find shifts, document tasks, and stay connected with the CarePartner team. Strong communication, reliability, and a smartphone are required; background checks and

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; Telehealth navigation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
  • Access to a smartphone capable of running theCareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Reliable transportation to and from client homes
  • Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
  • Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
  • Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
  • Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
