What You Will Do:

You will have the responsibility to help implement customized care plans that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes.
• Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide personal companionship, engaging socially and emotionally with clients.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep.
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment at all times.
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
• Document task completion and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition.
