Job summary

Visiting Angels of Waldorf, MD provides compassionate in-home senior care across the Tri-County area. We offer competitive pay, a benefits package, and flexible scheduling.

Start the first shift the day after your background check passes, with one-on-one care in clients’ homes to support independence and quality of life. Ideal candidates will show empathy, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must show kindness and empathy toward senior clients.
• Able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen.
• 3 years of relevant job experience, or current CNA license.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Show kindness and empathy toward senior clients
• Provide essential support to seniors at their residence
• Help with medication reminders
• Assist with household errands and provide transportation to and from appointments
• Perform light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation duties
• Some people need personal care and hygiene assistance - including bathing, dressing, and grooming
