Job summary

Encore Senior Living seeks a caring Caregiver to join our team in Loves Park, IL. This part-time role focuses on personal assistance and daily care to residents, helping maintain independence in a warm, home-like environment.

You will support residents with activities, promote dignity and comfort, and collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality care. A HS diploma and 18+ are required; 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred, with full training provided.

SUMMARY of Duties

The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident’s independence and quality of life. In addition, the Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.

Work Experience Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred
• Must 18 years of age or older

Educational Qualifications
