Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - San Jose is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in their own homes, supporting daily activities and personal care with a focus on independence and comfort.

Offerings include flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), bi-weekly pay, paid training and ongoing development, mileage reimbursements, and a supportive team. Prior caregiving experience is a plus, and bilingual opportunities may be available.

• Reliable transportation (nice to have)
• Previous caregiving experience in homes or senior living communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes
• Provide personal care assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Properly manage household needs
• Provide companionship and respite care for families
